Shelly Tolewitz, BSW, LSW, has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University with the first two years of her undergrad focusing on mental health. She is a trauma-informed Licensed Social Worker with training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Crisis interventions. Shelly has experience working with a variety of mental health disorders ranging from anxiety and depression to schizophrenia, bipolar, and other trauma-related disorders. She also has experience working with substance use disorders (SUD), and case management needs.
