Julie Andrews Lee is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Supervisory endorsement. She received her Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling from Denver Seminary. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Bible and Theology from Moody Bible Institute. She has been a clinical counselor for almost 30 years and has worked in a variety of settings including residential, community mental health and outpatient counseling. She provides individual therapy for older teens and adults of all ages. Some areas of focus in her clinical practice include offering Christian counseling as requested, holistic counseling, addressing narcissistic and spiritual abuse, personality disorders, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment, grief counseling, trauma, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, self-care, expressive art therapy, parenting, boundary training and many other evidence based therapeutic interventions. Her scope of practice includes treating: Abuse, Adjustment Disorder, Agoraphobia, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic attacks/Panic Disorder, Personality Disorders, Phobias/Fears, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder including complex PTSD, Seasonal Affective Disorder and many others. One of Julie's favorite Scriptures is John 10:10. "I came so that they would have life, and have it abundantly." Julie's counseling approach is to help each person experience the abundant life that Jesus came to give them.
