We hope you all are finding pockets of joy this summer. Pausing from media/technology and going outdoors to a green space even for a short time can help calm you and open up your posture for joy. Self care is strongly encouraged as we face this year together. Our Encompass team has put together some summer and back-to-school resources to help your family enjoy this season and prepare for the next.
