We are all at different places in our faith journey. There are times when we have no doubts and times when we question much. If you are currently in a season of struggling with faith, we appreciate your honesty and encourage you to keep pursuing truth.
Frank Yost, MA, LPC, Encompass Therapist recommends “The Screwtape Letters” by C.S. Lewis for people struggling with faith issues. Frank has shared copies with folks of all ages, teens, adults, males and females. Though this book was first published nearly 60 years ago, it is a perennial best seller. Amazon’s book review states, “The truths contained in Lewis’s treatise on human nature are as old as the world, but his witty observations continue to confront and challenge believers and nonbelievers alike.”
Lewis was a British writer and lay theologian. He held academic positions at Oxford University and Cambridge University. He is well known for his series of seven children’s books — the Chronicles of Narnia. His honest struggles in life and faith led him to find God personally and deeply.
